Owner occupier relocating from Sydney buys Berkeley Vale industrial unit

Unit 4/6 Corella Close, Berkeley Vale has sold off-market to an owner/occupier relocating from North Sydney.

The 189sqm unit is part of a 8 unit complex built in 2022.

Price paid was $780,000 (GST not applicable)

Education and training business leases in Gosford

Indie Education a Wodonga Victoria based education and training business has leased the 1st floor of a commercial building on the corner of Watt and Faunce Street, Gosford (19-21 Watt Street).

Indie Education and related company Indie College Australia operate campuses across Victoria and South Australia and are expanding into NSW.

Prior to being leased the property had been vacant for almost two years.

Terms of lease are 3 years with 2 x 3 year options at a rental of around $124,00 per annum ($220.00 persqm) plus Outgoings and GST.
