Doctor buys Wyoming property for medical centre

A doctor from Bega on the far NSW south coast has bought a commercial property at 2-4 Renwick Street, Wyoming and plans to relocate and establish a GP clinic.

Built on a 2,207 sqm lot the 251sqm brick building was formerly a medical centre and comprises 4 consulting rooms and other staff and patient facilities

The price paid was $1,650,000 (GST not applicable).
