Nicole Barr from Commercialhq reports that they have leased the ground floor component of their Park Plaza property at 131 Henry Parry Drive, Gosford.

Spring Medical Group has leased Shop 1 on the ground floor of 426sqm to be fitted out as a day hospital for emergency care.

The terms of the lease are 10 years with 7 year option at a rental of $170,000 per annum plus Outgoings and GST.

The lease commenced 1 September 2023 and has since been undergoing extensive fitout.
