Austral Herbs a herb grower based in regional NSW will relocate to a 3,183sqm factory building at 1 Catamaran Road, Fountaindale  having leased the property

Terms of lease at 5 years plus 5 year option at a rental of $330,000 per annum plus Outgoings and GST.

Ben Purdue and Tom Bore from LJ Hooker Commercial negotiated the lease.
