Investor briefing as 1st stage of Fortis West Gosford development nears completion

With the 1^st stage of the Fortis industrial development at West Gosford complete, sales agents DiJones Commercial held an investor briefing on site in early November.

Built over a 3.12 Ha site at 13 Jusfrute Drive Fortis comprises 82 units in seven separate buildings.

Construction commenced in December 2023 following a marketing campaign in early 2023 that saw almost all unit sold off-the-plan.  At the event Central Coast DiJones Commercial Director Brett Hunter said that all but four units have been sold.

Unit sizes range from 35sqm to 146sqm with prices ranging from $4,100 per sqm to $5,400 per sqm.
