Local Company aims home automation at developers to maximise residential development outcomes

Intelligent home automation solutions developer HomeSYS, based at Erina, has designed and developed a replacement light switch (called the HomeMech) which fits almost all Australian wall switch plates.

The smart switch, or smart dimmer, is a one for one replacement for the traditional switch which measures the lighting on the circuit and adjusts the electrical conditions to immediately save (and measure) energy.

Additionally it allows the user to control the lighting from anywhere, by voice, by phone, schedules, motion sensors and more.

HomeSYS has automated over 200 homes for developers and builders improving the marketability of their residential developments.
