Ten years ago, Russell and Sue Parsons started a little business making cheese in their kitchen at home as a hobby. They called it Little Creek Cheese.
A few years later they thought their Haloumi and Club Cheddar was good enough to enter the Royal Easter Show Cheese and Dairy Awards. They came away with gold for both.
