US company entering Australia leases at Somersby

US and UK based lifting hire company LGH Australia have leased a 1,290sqm industrial site with buildings thereon at 152 Somersby Falls Road, Somersby to establish their Australian operation.

Terms of lease are $172,260 per annum plus Outgoings and GST for a term of 5 years with 5-year option.

The property comprises two large open plan warehouses, multiple offices and amenities, undercover loading area on a secure gated site
