Warnervale Town Centre taking shape

It's been fifteen years in the making and finally, the much awaited Warnervale Town Centre is proceeding.
The adjoining residential component is starting to take shape with property developer Landcorp NSW well advanced with only 26 lots of the first stages of their 140 lot Hilltop Park development left for sale.
Lot sizes range from 447 sqm to 614 sqm and have realised at prices from $315,000 to $350,000.

Bouffant - A bakery café for Gosford

Andrew Mansfield and Markus Kung, a Spanish patisserie chef, who operate Ooomph Café at East Gosford and earlier this year took over The Bakery (soon to be renamed Bouffant) at 101a Victoria Street, East Gosford have opened a new café in Gosford CBD also called Bouffant.

Across the various business sectors in the economy COVID-19 is good for some and bad for others along with those in between but for the trucking sector generally business is down and by as much as 30% on last year.

Erina based commercial builder, Stevens Construction, have started work on a new $26 million office building at Wyong for the Gibbens Group with a Sod Turning Ceremony being held to mark the commencement in late July.

Bill Leak Gallery opens at Ettalong Beach

The works of one of Australia's most celebrated cartoonists and caricaturists have found a home in the Bill Leak Gallery which opened at Ettalong Beach last month.
